JUS aims to always provide high quality products that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion, however, products may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions. All returned products must be returned in a clean condition according to our return instructions and with all accessories. JUS does not provide any packaging material and does not cover any packaging costs.
If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 30 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in original condition and you must not remove any of the accessories, manuals or original packaging from the product(s). We do not accept returns on gift cards. We will not accept refunds on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items.
The product is considered as used if the product either lacks a seal or has a broken seal or is otherwise not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons or as soon as any liquid or capsule is inserted into any of the appliances.

How to returnFill out the return note which was included in your order. Mark the products you want to return and send them back to us, preferably in the same box as they were delivered in. Use the pre-paid return label when returning your products. Orders delivered with Budbee and DHL will not include a pre-paid return label, please follow the return instructions provided by Budbee and DHL.
If we accept the return, your refund will be credited to the payment method used when you purchased the product(s) after we have received the correct returned item. If the return for any reason is not accepted, we will reach out the same day with more information.
Once we have received, processed and accepted your return, we will contact you by email with a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return.

Exchanges Exchanges are not available. Please place a new order to secure the item you wish to have instead.

Uncollected items All uncollected goods will be charged for delivery, return and handling costs. The cost of this is currently 250 SEK/25 EUR/189 DKK. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
