After placing your order you will receive a web confirmation and also an email confirmation.

Log in, then to go to the "Order History" section (located on the left frame). You will see all your JUS.com orders along with their status and UPS tracking numbers. If you are already logged in, click on "Your Account" (located on the top frame), then click on "Order History."

If you’d like to cancel or modify an order, please fill out our web form and select “Modify Order” in the drop-down inquiry field. Please include your order number and details regarding why you’d like to cancel or how you’d like to modify your order, then submit. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to help you complete your request!

Ordering from JUS online is safe and secure. Once you click on "Order Review," you're on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server. JUS would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to return a JUS product, please see our return policy below for returns made to JUS.com.

Returns to JUS.com:

You may return any unopened or gently used JUS.com purchase within 60 days of purchase by contacting us at joeun6945@menre.co.kr. We will provide you a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Return shipping and handling charges are your responsibility unless the return was a result of our error or the product was damaged or defective. If you receive products in a JUS.com purchase that are damaged or defective, please refer to “Damaged or Defective Products” section below. When you send us your return package, please include the return authorization number that we have provided you. We suggest you ship via a traceable service to ensure delivery. You may choose, upon our acceptance of your return, to have the price you paid for the product either refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment (i.e., we will only credit the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase) or applied to the purchase of products from JUS.com of equal or greater value. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products:

When your JUS.com order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if you think a product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at joeun6945@menre.co.kr. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective product for inspection. If, after having examined the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us at our expense and issue a refund for the price you paid for the product to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.

Instead of purified water, this product contains a large amount of highly concentrated Houttouynia Cordata extract, which is not removed by artificial or chemical methods and may cause fine sedimentation due to temperature. However, there is no abnormality in the product, so you can use it with confidence.

While just skin's Calming toner is made with safe, EWG Green-rated ingredients, we recommend that pregnant women and children with sensitive skin consult a doctor or do a skin test before use.

There are many factors that determine the color of an extract, and even from the same manufacturer, products can vary in color based on production and processing dates. Depending on the process of prodcuts will determine the color such as clear, off-white, brown, etc. Most cosmetic ingredients are chemically treated to artificially remove color and fragrance, but our JUS calming toner is made with natural color and fragrance.

The safety of our products is our top priority. The safety assessment of a cosmetic product takes into account the safety of the ingredients it contains regardless of their source. In fact, whether ingredients are naturally derived or man-made has no impact on their safety. What is more important is how much of the ingredient is used and how it is used in the formula.

Whenever possible, we use natural ingredients of the highest quality. In order to create products delivering the highest levels of safety and performance, when no reliable or effective natural ingredient is available we use a synthetic derivative.

JUS is committed to providing products of high and consistent quality. Accordingly, the products developed must comply with all worldwide regulations and with the most stringent requirements of quality, traceability, and safety.

JUS Rewards is our loyalty program. For every won you spend on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) on JUS.com, you receive one point.

Membership is limited to individuals only, and is limited to one account per individual. A valid email address is required to register for the program. You must be 18 years or older. By signing up for the JUS Rewards program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law.

Enrollment is free. No purchase is necessary to become a member of JUS Rewards.

You can join the JUS Rewards program online. To enroll online, go to JUS.com accountcreate and click on the ‘Create an Account’ button. You also have the opportunity to enroll after completing an online purchase.

You earn one point for every won you spend on merchandise net of promotions and discounts (excluding the purchase of egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) purchased online on JUS.com. Points accrue automatically when you make a purchase; you must be logged into your JUS Rewards account for points to automatically accrue for your JUS.com purchases. JUS Rewards points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for rewards.

Your JUS Rewards account can be accessed on JUS.com simply by logging in with your registered email address under the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the webpage. If you need assistance, please visit our Help Center. Send a Message to Customer Service, select JUS Rewards from the options, and reference the email address registered to your JUS Rewards account.

When you are logged into your account, you can check your status, point balance, and activity on JUS.com, as well as redeem points for rewards. When you redeem, your points will be deducted from your JUS Rewards account.

As long as you have made a purchase on JUS.com within the last 24 months, your points will remain active. Your points will expire after 24 months of inactivity.

Points cannot be retroactively accrued for purchases made prior to enrollment in JUS Rewards.

To be eligible to receive a birthday gift, you must have a valid birthday on file and be enrolled in JUS Rewards prior to the start of your birthday month. Offer is valid only for accounts with purchase activity in the last 12 months prior to the start of the member's birthday month. Birthday rewards are only redeemable once annually.

The birthday reward cannot be combined with other won-off or percent-off sitewide offers and JUS Funds rewards. The birthday reward cannot be applied to a previous purchase. The birthday reward is not cash; has no cash value without a purchase; and may not be altered, sold, bartered, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The birthday reward is subject to change, alteration, or termination by JUS at any time.

To redeem your birthday gift online, simply log into your account and make a purchase of ₩40,000 or more (excluding the purchase of certain promotional items, eGift cards, taxes, and shipping fees) at any time during your birthday month. Your cart must contain eligible merchandise and total greater than ₩40,000 in order for the discount to apply. Check your purchase total before submitting to confirm the discount is applied.

Likewise, you can redeem your birthday gift in a JUS shop at any time during your birthday month with a purchase of ₩40,000 or more (excluding the purchase of gift sets, certain promotional items, egift certificates, gift cards, taxes, and shipping fees). Simply alert a JUS beauty advisor that you are a JUS Rewards member during checkout by providing them with your registered email address.

All JUS Rewards members are also eligible for Double Points (receive two points for every won spent net of promotions, discounts, taxes, and shipping charges) on their first transaction during their birthday month at JUS.com.

To view your JUS Rewards account, simply log in to your online account and click Rewards under your profile.

Additionally, JUS occasionally offers JUS Rewards members the opportunity to receive multiple points for purchases on JUS.com. Keep an eye out for these limited-time offers and events.

Rewards cannot be combined unless specified. Any promotion where JUS Rewards members receive multiple points for purchases on JUS.com, including during their birthday month, as well as any other discount, may not be combined. These offers are also not valid with any other promotions unless specified.

If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account. Any points redeemed in connection with a purchase are forfeited.

Upon return of merchandise, JUS will refund the price actually paid after applying the discount. Exchanges of the same item will be credited for the full transaction value including the discount. Rewards used in connection with that purchase will be forfeited and not credited to the account.

If you've canceled your membership, you can reactivate it at any time by contacting Customer Service. Please visit our Help Center. Send a Message to Customer Service, select JUS Rewards from the options, and reference the email address registered to your JUS Rewards account.
